Master's Thesis: Light-skin interaction in a pulse-oximeter, how can we make wearables an inclusive Remote Patient Monitoring tool?

• Developed a model of the light-skin interaction for Photoplethysmography (PPG) for optimization of heart rate monitoring, using a Monte Carlo Python simulation of the photon-skin scattering.
• Built a wavelength and LED power regression (PyTorch, Pandas) to create personalised guidelines on devices' parameters depending on a patient's clinical parameters.

• Allowed the capturing of clinical and biomechanical structures of the spine by developing a Python application to load clinical images with a graphical user interface (GUI).
• Saved 25% of X-ray analysis time by developing a live pointing, captioning, and analyzing tool.

• Generated a live database extracting X-rays from 50+ hospital hubs and research groups in the US. Used quantitative and programming skills, and developed a desktop app managing that X-Ray database with Python.
• Processed and analysed clinical data through SPSS in order to construct an age-driven approach to spine surgeries.

CONSULTING: Strategy and Digital Transformation in Healthcare

Digital Health Consultant, Senior Digital Health Consultant - 2021 - 2023

• French eHealth Agency (ANS), French Ministry of Health, and European Commission
  • Connected 3 countries to the French-Europe health data sharing infrastructure (Spain, Luxembourg, Estonia), while developing and maintaining the health data sharing platform, MyHealth@EU. Allowed 5+ healthcare vendors to connect to the French-European platform by launching the API development.
  • Led a European workgroup on Digital Health, of 20+ European eHealth Agencies during the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union (FREU22), Conducted a study on Digital Health in the EU.
  • Represented France in the European interoperability and semantic task force in the context of MyHealth@EU, created 7 update proposals for the European Patient Summary - all accepted and implemented.
  • Wrote grant proposals for Horizon Europe, EU4Health, and SNOMED CT programs for the French Ministry of Health to the European Commission - all accepted for the full grant amount.
• Internal - Supported the definition of EY's Europe West Healthcare and Lifesciences strategy, KPI and accounts performance follow-up.
